Our Process

Pre-Production, Production and Post Production
(the five P's)

Below is an outline of our typical process. This is a flexible process that adapts to meet the clients need. For example, if staff of an organisation are shooting video footage (e.g. at an overseas project) we may be providing training and equipment advice along with the Planning and Post Production elements here.

Introductory Meeting
We meet with you to discuss your requirements and to show some examples of our work

Quote Document
We then produce a full quote document, proposing a plan that reflects our earlier meeting, with costs and a time-line for the project.

Quote Accepted, Project Commissioned
We sign a Memorandum of Understanding detailing the project

Planning Meeting
We plan the film with our clients, offering advice and guidance on all aspects of film production including scripting, voice over, video content and length considerations.

Production
Production is undertaken using professional equipment (cameras, lighting and microphones) and experienced film makers.
Post Production
Post Production (editing) takes place in our offices using the latest editing, sound and colour correction software.
Draft Edit Meeting
Clients will often visit our offices to view the first edit of the project for input and discussion.
Output
We complete the process by placing the video productions onto your website and / or onto DVD for your use or for duplication.

At every stage we seek to involve the client, maintaining hands on overall direction for the project.
